Renovations & Additions

The Socorro ISD bond will provide many necessary improvements, including renovations and additions to many SISD campuses. From parking expansions to new roofing, windows, plumbing, electrical and much more, these improvements will breathe new life into our high schools and help them carry their tradition of excellence.

There will also be additions to some SISD elementary and high schools to offer adequate teaching space for essential student programs, such as P.E., health, fine arts, career & technology education, and science labs. More space will also be created for multipurpose rooms and cafeteria/kitchen areas.

Elementary Multi-Purpose Rooms

The multi-purpose rooms will consist of approximately 4,350 sq. ft. to accommodate a space for P.E. & health instruction. The room will be comparable to our existing multi-purpose and will contain an area for a small play court, offices and storage.
